Somehow I get more ideas for wallpapers than I'm releasing them. Well in a way, it's nice to get ideas but if I can't put them into action then it's pretty much useless...

VectaDesu is not really innocent here since it's taking an awful lot of time to make an entry each time. VectaDesu#6 deadline is almost here and I just finished my outlines... And thus the next days are dedicated solely to complete my entry. The only free time I get is between each VectaDesu but it tends to be only as long as one week which is really short.

If you take a look at my scans (vectors) gallery you can see that the speed of submission was quite subdued since some months. VectaDesu is not at fault here. The way I do vector and my choice of scans evolved and now it takes whole lot more of time to achieve one vector.

So is there a solution that allows me to take care of everything ? Well, not really. VectaDesu got now a championship so missing a contest is no-no. Also I can't lower the level of my vector (well, my entry for vectaDesu#6 is not really that hard) since I want to gain points. So what else ?

My 2 last wallpapers were, I think, really nice but got A and A+ rating... So much work just for that. When I see 1-day-of-work-wallpapers getting better rating, I guess it's not really worth it to work on a wallpaper that much. Most likely, it's because I don't comment every wallpapers submitted that I don't get commented back... Friendly community we get here.

So here my little resolution, I won't change anything about how I do things but I will not care anymore about rating. That will not get me more time but I will be more relaxed while working on things since it will be solely for my own enjoyment. If you enjoy them as well then it's good too.
